Yes, you can use iOS-driver for ios app automation. I think Appium is one of the best tool to automate for both iOS Android app.
DeleteIn terms of mobile automation I would like to mention a tool called Ranorex. It allows you to automate the testing of iOS, Android and Windows 8 apps. At the end of a test run you get a report with details about it (including screenshots in case of a failure).
